New Media Internship/Partner Exchange Program 2023

The Culture and Media Education Fund (CMEF) organizes the “Culture and Media Education Fund” (CMEF) New Media Practice/Partner Exchange Program to promote diversification of Internet content, help young people interested in collecting newspapers and work in new media to further develop their business, and fund the costs of the internship and exchange period.

Amount of funding: Once all applications are accepted, applicants will receive a stipend of HK$12,000, and the matching organization will also receive an instruction fee of HK$8,000.

Distribution method: Half of the funding will be disbursed on the first day of internship/exchange, and the balance will be paid on the last day of the internship period.

Requirements:

• The organization selected by the applicant must be non-commercial, with no political ties, and the average annual income must not be higher than HK$4 million.
• Before submitting the application form, the approval of the organization must be obtained.
• After completing the internship/exchange period, applicants are required to share the results with the public through text and video to help the Association raise future expenses.
